• review of your life so far, including life history, major events

• review of major relationships (including current relationship satisfaction and sexual satisfaction assessment where applicable and/or requested)

• current mental health assessment

• general brief biography presented to you in written format within 7 days of your assessment session

• opportunity for follow-up sessions where you consider them useful

• confidentiality and a good listening service

• a selection of practical solutions and options available to you to help you manage your life in the way best suited to you

• a variety of easy-step exercises to chose from to combat your problems

• written session reports with written "tasks" as part of the service

• a perspective that provides you with objective overviews

• wide referral service to outside agencies and organisations working in conjunction with/instead of 121psychotherapy

Fees:

£150 for a thorough assessment session.  All clients must have an assessment session which lasts for approximately 2 hours.  For couple therapy the assessment session costs £250 and takes approximately a half-day when you attend together.

£90 per follow-up session (same price for couples as for individuals) up to 6, payable by cash or cheque after each session.  Sessions last 50 minutes.  6 sessions for 5 if paid in advance (one session non-refundable).

Sliding scale fees are applicable for clients motivated and with low income

Locations:

EC4.   Nearest underground station, Mansion House, 1 minute.  Half-way between St Paul's and Bank station, a 5-10 minute walk from either.

EC1 or W1.  These are rooms at the Institute of Directors and a room booking fee of £30 is applicable to sessions held here.
